Introducing our Online Community
For individuals with health challenges and caregivers Membership is FREE
A main mission of Friends' Health Connection is to connect individuals with the same health challenges for mutual support. Over the past 20 years, thousands of people have found renewed hope and inspiration from friendships made through our organization. Now, as we celebrate our milestone anniversary, we are proud to offer an online community.
The purpose of this community is for individuals with health challenges, and caregivers, to find and network with one another, spreading hope worldwide. If you or someone you love is facing an illness, please know you are not alone. We invite you to become part of our global community of friendship and support. Friends' Health Connection is proud to be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
How it Works
You will be asked approximately 25 questions about yourself and your health condition. Once the questionnaire is completed, you will become a member of our online community. You will be able to search for other members based on a varied array of criteria. Besides medical condition, you can also search by age, symptoms, surgeries, and even hobbies and interests. This allows you to look for friends who can truly relate to your own situation.
Once you search, you will be able to read bios of matching individuals and, with the click of a mouse, you can send them a message. You will also have the option to read and post blogs, join groups, access resource libraries, listen to wellness lectures and much more.
